Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AIEIO Files, you agree to these terms. Last updated: August 2026.

AIEIO Files is operated by Directory.com.au Pty Ltd (ABN 68 090 816 461) ("we", "us"). "You" means the account holder.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Provide accurate details and a working email address. One person or organisation per account.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Acceptable use

You must not use AIEIO Files to store, share or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or that you do not have the right to store or share. You must not attempt to breach security, access other users' data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver your files as you direct (for example, serving a download to someone you shared a link with). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Storage and limits

Accounts include a storage quota and a per-file size limit, which may change over time. We may set reasonable limits to protect the service.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keep your own backups of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law. On termination we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
