By using AIEIO PDF (aieio.au/pdf), operated by AIEIO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
AIEIO PDF provides free browser-based tools for working with PDF files. Most tools run on your own device; three (Compress, Protect, Unlock) process your file on our server and delete it immediately, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must only process files you own or have the right to modify. You agree not to use the service to break the law, to remove protection from documents you are not authorised to access, to infringe anyone’s copyright or privacy, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the service or the server it runs on.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While we test the tools carefully, we cannot guarantee that every file will process perfectly. Always keep your original file until you have checked the result. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your files and content
You retain all rights to your files. We claim no ownership and, for the in-browser tools, never receive them. For the three server tools, we hold your file only momentarily to process it, then delete it.
Availability and changes
The service is free and may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
