Delivery arranged with your order - to your door, or direct to site coordinated with your builder.
How delivery works
- Arranged at order - delivery is quoted with your purchase, based on quantity, weight and location.
- Direct to site - trade and project orders can be delivered straight to site; tell us about access, storage and preferred timing when ordering.
- Staged for programmes - larger projects can be split into staged deliveries aligned with the construction schedule, with stock held in our warehouse network between stages.
- Pick-up - collection can also be arranged; contact us to organise a time.
On arrival
- Check quantities and condition on delivery and note any issues with the driver.
- Store tiles flat, dry and off the ground; keep boxes from the same batch together.
- Any claims are handled per our Terms of Use & Sale and your Australian Consumer Law rights.
