This site section is operated for Tile and Co. Content is general information about our products and services and may change without notice. You may not misuse the Site, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

2. Product information

Tile is a natural and batch-produced product: colour, shade and vein variation between batches, samples and photographs is normal and not a defect. Always view current stock or a current sample before final commitment, and order sufficient quantity from one batch.

3. Quotes and orders

Quotes are prepared on the quantities and products stated and remain subject to stock and batch availability until ordered. Lead times for indent items are estimates based on mill and shipping schedules and are confirmed at order.

4. Delivery, inspection and claims

Please inspect goods on delivery and note any damage or shortfall promptly. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacement of the goods or resupply of the services.

5. Privacy

Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
