This website section (aieio.au/tileco, “the Site”) is operated for Tile and Co (“we”, “us”), a Sydney-based tile supplier and part of the SCTW family of companies. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry details - when you submit a form: your name, email, and any optional details you include (phone, suburb, project information, career interest).
- Technical logs - standard web-server access logs (IP address, browser, pages, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting; form submissions record the sending IP for spam prevention.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this Site.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare consultations and quotes, consider career expressions of interest, and - only if you opt in - send occasional product and industry updates. We do not sell personal information.
4. Access, correction and complaints
Request access to or correction of your information via the contact form. If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us first; unresolved complaints can go to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
