Terms of service

Effective 1 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and WWW.DIRECTORY.COM.AU PTY LTD (ABN 68 090 816 461), Sydney, Australia, the operator of AIEIO Music ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them, together with the licence and content policy and the privacy policy.

1. The service

AIEIO Music generates music, sound effects, stems and video soundtracks from your instructions using third-party AI models, currently provided by ElevenLabs. Results are produced by machine learning: they vary between attempts, may not match your instructions exactly, and may resemble output generated for other people.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account - creating extra accounts to obtain more starter credits is not allowed.

3. Credits and payments

  • Generations are paid for with credits. Current prices are on the pricing page; the credit cost of each action is shown before you confirm it.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account is open. We may change prices for future purchases; credits you already hold keep their value.
  • If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Unused credits from a pack bought in the last 30 days can be refunded on request through the support form.
  • Starter credits and promotional codes are offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn if they are abused.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the licence and content policy. In particular you must not try to make content that infringes others' rights, imitates real artists, or is illegal, hateful or harmful; must not interfere with or overload the service, probe it for weaknesses, or automate it beyond normal use; and must not resell access to the service.

5. Your inputs

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts, lyrics and uploads, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You give us permission to process them, and to send them to our model providers, only to provide the service to you. We do not use them to train AI models.

6. Your tracks

Subject to these terms and the licence and content policy, you may use the tracks you generate for personal and commercial purposes as described there. We cannot guarantee that a track is unique, exclusive or eligible for copyright protection, and we do not claim ownership of your tracks.

7. Sharing and moderation

If you share a track, you are responsible for it. We may disable a share link, remove a track or suspend an account that breaches these terms or the content policy, or in response to a credible complaint.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted, limited (for example by daily capacity limits) or changed. Features may be added or removed. Please keep your own copies of tracks that matter to you.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; this deletes your tracks and remaining credits (ask us about a refund for recently purchased unused credits first). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. If we close the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused purchased credits.

10. Consumer law, warranties and liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. To the extent permitted by law, the service is otherwise provided as is, we exclude all other warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, where the law allows, to supplying the service again). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for how you use your tracks.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from content you upload or enter, or from your use of tracks in breach of these terms or the law.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will post changes here and notify you of significant ones. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
